Accommodation will need to be arranged by the delegates. Because October is a tourist season, early booking is strongly recommended. While a list of recommended hotels will be posted on this page and our agent will help your booking upon request, we also suggest booking via a commercial booking service, which often have better special rates than those that we could negotiate.
