Proceedings of the Conference will be published by Elsevier as a special issue of Nuclear Instruments and Methods B, an international journal devoted to beam interactions with materials.

Submission of the Conference proceedings is open during October 1-22, 2012 until Nov. 30, 2012.

To ensure that all manuscripts are correctly identified for inclusion into the special issue, it is important that the authors select "Special Issue: ICACS 25" when they reach the "Article Type" step in the submission process.Only manuscripts of contributions presented at the conference will be considered for publication. The maximum length of manuscripts is limited to 4 published pages for a contributed paper and 8 published pages for an invited paper. In order to avoid publication of extended abstracts, NIMB will not accept papers that are two journal pages or shorter. Due to close scheduling in the editing and publishing processes, manuscripts requiring extensive modifications (regarding length, contents or language) and a second round of refereeing may have to be rejected. The authors are kindly requested to provide in the Cover Letter to Editor a list of three or more suggested referees with their email addresses.
